Michigan State just got jobbed...

Maybe two straight weeks where refs get fired for not even being competent at high school level officiating skills? Perhaps both incidents this week and last week will change the rules about being able to correct obviously bad penalty calls?

I hope they get suspended. Didn't really care who won tbh but that was a terrible call. Suspend these guys and get the refs from the Iowa game some glasses!

Makes up for all the fake msu injuries over the years. No good angle IMO about push out thus couldn't overturn

Horrible call! That TD should be refuted. Officials should be suspended no question. Receiver was CLEARLY out on his own before he caught the pass.

How does the refs completely ignoring the obvious out of bounds happen?

If that was "legitimate", I bet see a whole new set of plays where there are designed "go out of bounds if someone is playing you close to the side line and then come back in so that one can throw a more uncontested throw to the receiver. Sorry, but he wasn't pushed out, but he ran out on his own accord!

Really really bad call. It was pretty obvious the WR lost track of where he was on the field. He wasn't pushed out.

Exactly, the db was looking back. The guy clearly stepped out on his own.

Horrible call but just intercept the pass on the play before and it's over. Don't put it in the officials hand. Can't blame the officials for you dropping the victory on the play before.

This has definitely been understated. Not to mention two straight 30 yard completions beforehand.

Correct... I'm talking about a possible Indy matchup w Jake and CJ
Very real possibility now, with OSU in Ann Arbor to finish season.

And if that scenario plays out, losing CCG, even at 12-1, would not put us in Rose Bowl, as Michigan would not be playoff bound.

Horrible call .... But could not have happened to a nicer D-bag than Dantonio.

Have to cheer OSU to win out...Iowa/OSU win the Big ten title ..into the playoff..Iowa/OSU (B10 Title game loser) onto the Rose Bowl...

MSU got away with pretty blatant interference on earlier play. Is it worse than refs giving Indiana 1st down when Howard's knee was down a yard short of 1st down--that call could have cost Iowa the game? Refs are going to blow some calls....MSU didn't put Nebraska away and got burned. They won one they shouldn't have vs Michigan..not they are back even.

There was a very bad no call on pass interference that also may have contributed to an injured Husker, along with a strange cancelling offensive/defensive pass interference that the announcers said was bunk and a joke of an interference call that kept a MSU TD drive alive. Officiating mistakes were hammering the Huskers up to that last drive.

Without a doubt MSU got jobbed. But it's amazing how things even themselves out. MSU beats UM on a miracle blocked kick. UM beats Minnesota on the goal line stand with the help of poor click management. Nebraska beats MSU on a bad call. While Nebraska had multiple hard luck losses.

Penalties aren't reviewable.

The spot on the pass play was based on foreword progress being stopped.

Cornerback ran him into the sideline. Correct call.

Correct. He was trailing the CB, and the CB drifted to the edge of the field. Not a bigtime block OOB, but he was pinched out, and came back into the field of play legally. A tough call, but not horrible.

Nebraska had some PI's go against them (a total non-call in the end zone which should have been 1st and goal for them).

Yeah, might have been a bad call (debatable), BUT the bottom line is they (MSU) should have never put themselves in the position to let a call at the end of the game be the issue. Giving up two TDs in the last couple of minutes is absolutely inexcusable and they have nobody to blame but themselves.

Who? Westerkamp? Mister I almost die every play Westerkamp? Acting to the highest degree, even your coach was disgusted by it.
