They're probably the favorite out of the B1G but I wouldn't be surprised at all to see OSU, Illinois, or Iowa make the FF. That UM-OSU game could have went either way yesterday. Two very, vert good teams
Michigan is the best team in the country. Do we really think Gonzaga and/or baylor would have a better record if they went thru Michigan's schedule? Gonzage isnt going thru the Big indefeated
Let UM finish undefeated before anointing them national champs.
Gonzaga destroyed some pretty good teams in the pre conference but no I don't think they would be undefeated in the big.
If I'm ranking based on what I've seen its Baylor, UM, Zags, Illinois, OSU
Gonzaga is the only game this year where I felt Iowa was outclassed a little. Iowa shot like shit, but the Zags were really good. I don’t see that with Michigan, but I guess we’ll find out.
Agree great game yesterday and I also thought Michigan/ Wisconsin game was played well but Michigan in both cases at the end , grabbed control. Until Iowa or, Illinois beat them at the end of the game, they’re the best of the B1G
Agree. Would probably have to go with the Zags but wouldn't be shocked to see any of the others win it all. Just depends who's hot on any given day between those teams
My guess is you've seen one Gonzaga game this year & it was vs the Hawks.
Nobody would go undefeated in the B1G this season, including the '76 Hoosiers. I bring up the '76 Hoosiers because I've seen fans make the dumb point about how Gonzaga wouldn't go undefeated this season in the B1G...well no shit.
That freshman center for Michigan is incredible for a Fr. He has Luka's body ,moves and touch already. He's taller too. Luka is going to have his hands full. They are a complete team.

Who wins the matchup in the middle. Nunge needs to have a good game, since I think Luka wins the battle but not by a large amount this game. Never mind I’m talking nonsense
They will be because they are much more dialed in defensively than Gonzaga.
Iowa matches up way better with Gonzaga than UM.
Im not worried about Luka scoring on Dickinson, im worried about Iowas guards getting smothered and not even being able to get him the ball.
Luka may have to bring the ball up the court. Hes the only advantage Iowa has in the game.

I agree here. Livers is back and playing well. Wagner and Brooks doing good. I think Luka would do well against Dickinson, their center. Seriously doubt that the Zags and Baylor could come out of the BIG any better than Mich can. FWIW, I'd love for the Hawks to give Michigan their 2nd loss. 😉
Michigan is really good, but so are we. We can absolutely win that game but we must have our A game. Do not count us out at all.
I was a little shell shocked watching the first half of that OSU Michigan game. It was a shooting clinic. Amazing.
Michigan is a complete team. No real weaknesses and they play great defense. Still ... the way Weiskamp has been playing, we have a puncher’s chance in this one.

Agree with Baylor, UM, Gonzaga. Less clear cut after that.
I do not expect us to be Michigan on their home floor. Anything can happen but this is likely our toughest game this year and if we can this game in single digits then a loss won't bother that much.
Might be a fun game to watch. Let's play hard, and enjoy it. Who knows? JBo might scorch the nets.

If Iowa were to win at Michigan or at Ohio St. it would be huge. We haven't beaten a team like either of these two and we should have against Ohio St.

Agree. I'd actually pick OSU if they had a true center - they don't - and it shows up against teams with a quality center.

of course, KenPom says 40% chance for Iowa to win on Thursday. If Iowa has a great shooting game, they are probably going to win no matter what Michigan does. If Garza draws 10+ fouls on Michigan's centers, there is very little chance for Michigan to win.
You know we're both top 10 teams and #3 and #4 on kenpom right? Why does everyone think we don't stand a chance? It's not like we're some .500 club looking for our biggest upset of the season.
