In conference play, Minnesota has 3 of the top 6 in the league in terms of minutes played. So rest should definitely help the Gophers. Oturu and Carr have both looked tired recently.

Though the Nebraska game was at Iowa. The Huskers had a week to prepare for the Hawkeyes and we all know how that game turned out.

Iowa did look tired in the 1st half. I didn't get to watch the Indiana game, but fatigue was very noticeable at times today.

Iowa had to overcome fatigue, I also think that Minnesota was having to overcome the rust of being off for an entire week. With that being said, the teams that will feel the effects of fatigue less are those that are deep.
This is a good stretch having 4 days off, no game this weekend (another 4 days off) before playing MSU. Still playing - but not putting the strain on their bodies of 35-40 of game action plus travel.
I don't think the fatigue would have been as big of a factor if you don't get home really late on Thursday night, and then have 1.5 days before you get back on the road to Minneapolis. Its tough to be on the road for back to backs this late in the season.
