So let me get this straight. Since it was "staged", the assailant, San Francisco police responders, EMT personnel, emergency room personnel, attending physicians including surgeons and their staff, hospital staff (including administrators) and nurses, and subsequent investigating FBI agents, were all "in on it". And oh, last but not least, the hammer used on Pelosi's head was really a fake with a foam rubber head. Okay, now I get it!
