I told the story about how my dad and brother used to help that guy sell pillows at carney gigs before he could afford the infomercials right? Somebody stole the identity of one of Mike's management employees who still had my dad's contact info. Identity theft scammed my dad out of about $4k by pitching a government grant program to do up to $100k in repairs LOL. My poor father. He was so embarrassed about it too because he feels like he should have known it was a scam (which he should have). For me it's a LOL because it way less than he's pissed away on various MLMs over the years and he has the time and empty nest to afford making it back with a few months of part time (if they even need to). What's frustrating with the MLMs is my dad has known since early 00s that you have to be on top of the pyramid to succeed but would still be convinced a couple more times that he was getting in near the top. Was trying to figure out his comment…Paul was Saul and collecting taxes at that time. Makes more sense when you realize it’s a parody account…At least I think it is.
