Whenever there is an assault at my wife’s school or any type of work related injury. You automatically have to get medical treatment. Standard procedures. If you plan on suing the perp or press charges. It’s best to get as much documented evidence as possible. That way eye witnesses can be refuted.

Show us an x-ray or MRI. She refused medical attention. My wife was involved in a stampede of sorts at school and fell. No serious injuries. But she had to fill out an incident report and get checked out at urgent care.
If Mace sustained injuries and wants to press charges. She needs documented evidence. So it isn’t a bunch of eyewitness’s word that may have missed it or be bias.

So her description is contradicted by the police, she refuses care at the scene, got busted forgetting to use her burner phone twice, and shows up the next day in a sling.
