With 3 months left in the season i don’t know if there’s a big chance you could seed Tomasello ahead of Suriano so the protecting seed thing doesn’t make much sense. Tomasello was out with an injury serious enough to sit him the entire 1st semester i don’t know a coach or can think of one who would put their guy into a situation like Sunday that quick. Also if i remember correctly Cory Clark dealt with a similar situation last year and sat out of the tOSU dual. I don’t remember much complaining about it and i thought it was absolutely the right call by Brands and in the end it worked out.
