It’s pretty funny that you’re sarcastically calling people experts because they “don’t understand the game.” That must make you the “expert” then, huh?

I only find the remark irritating because people (usually the same couple) drop the condescending “expert” line on me all the time, even though I have never once claimed to have superior knowledge to anybody else. I post what I observe, and justify my opinions with statistics or examples, and am always open to being proven wrong or changing my mind

I don't claim to be an expert either, but I can promise you my knowledge is enough to hold my own against anyone here. If I was trying to target anyone, it's the douchebag element that doesn't know when they're wrong, won't ever agree with anyone who they've had an "argument" with, and double down on stupid. They know who they are, maybe.

Yeah, I need to dial it back on here big time during the summer/off-season. There’s usually not a lot happening (not a huge recruiting guy) and it just ends up being a bunch of people spatting because there’s nothing else to talk about
