Man, there is a whole lot to unpack there!

I don't know why anyone would choose to do that to themselves - to that degree. It has to seriously impact every part of their life.

Well yeah, restaurants need to serve more than one person to stay in business, and if they have this fella hanging around, the rest of the people are probably gonna leave because they feel weirded out.

Most of his tattoo work looks like a kid was in a hurry to finish their coloring assignment. In this picture it looks like he's got a green poo coming out of his chin. And I don't know why aliens aren't allowed to have the bottom half of their nose.

I don't get how any doctors, body mod shops, etc are allowed to deform people to that extent through implants - even with patient/customer consent, it seems pretty unethical.

I guess what I'm saying is that I would not.
