Shoot -- it was a great match. I'd be celebrating if I were Terry, and you know Manning would have gone apoplectic if Berger had won.
Makes for some good theater! I have a feeling Kemerer will learn from this one and widen the gap next time. If Berger keeps providing bulletin board material, it will only make it easier for Kemdawg to get up for the rematch. Will be fun to watch.

Our coaching staff is good at training a wrestler to beat Berger, Don't see it changing anytime soon.

It was a great match, but just shows that the delusion of Nebraska sports being relevant stretches to wrestling now too. Hopefully, he packs a lunch...

I suppose it's all in the eye of the beholder, but I don't see any "bashing" going on. I see some Iowa fans a bit taken aback that a wrestler would use social media to mock an opposing associate head coach, and I see quite a number of humorous responses, all in good fun. I see chief's tweet as pretty hilarious, and also in good fun.
Frankly, the only thing in this thread I'd consider "bashing" is your response and your implication that chief's behavior was childish.
BTW, I think you may have set a message board record of 1,251 posts with 0 likes. I suspect that might be indicative of the general tone of your contributions.

Berger is around 20 or 21 I'd imagine. "Kids" his age are making life and death decisions around the world...I'm sure a little Twitter burn won't hurt him.
