I saw that last night. Really great to see - he really contributed to music over like 50 years. It's good to see him get this kind of recognition and support while he's around to enjoy and appreciate it.
He could still pull any woman out of that audience
That's pretty cool. Neil's had an amazing career for sure. Love the SNL stuff, as well.
He is one of the most underrated singer/songwriters in American popular music. Great songwriter, great pipes, great showman. Will never get his due.

This is one of the small handful of best songs in the history of America popular music. It's a masterpiece on par with anything done by Dylan, Brian Wilson, Phil Spector. It's the work of a musical genius:

It turns out that my favorite Neil Diamond song is actually by some Diamond-a-like named Andy Kim.
The first album I ever owned was his live album which I received from my big sister for Christmas, because I loved this song. Still do-have it on a Tidal list.
