Your lineup looks good except one likely change in the middle weights.
They were promoting the meet at an event in the arena last night. There are definitely tickets available. BTW, too lazy to look up so thought I would ask. What tree crop is so popular here. Saw thousands of what looked like some sort of fruit tree on trip from airport to the hotel.

We played music at a Halloween party until 3 this morning but I’m feeling pretty good. There might be hope for me making it to Corvallis tonight if I get it together.
Off the top of my head I can't recall if you have any other kids, but for the good of the country I hope you have a lot more!
I've been vocal about wanting to see Gabe at 174 bc AS A FAN it's where I think he'd be most successful... and I want to see him have an incredible career in the black and gold. I want this largely bc he and your family are such great Hawkeyes already.
I'll try to do a better job of taking your advice and, "trust the process" a little better... as should we all.

The Hawks look primed to go in their final practice in Corvalis. Parco told camera person they were viewing one of the greatest teams in the country but quickly corrected himself to THE best team in the country. Nice little 6 minute clip by Flo.

Maybe you can contact "Grandpa's Anonymous" to see if you can get one of em to loan you a grandkid for an afternoon to get you all fixed up. Warm, fresh, homemade chocolate chip cookies is the preferred payment for such grandkid services.

i think us fans should thank you , Phil for helping to not only bulk up your son but Keuter and some of the other guys that you had over for your feeds...looked very impressive and what a great addition to Hawkeye Family and team concept

These boys can EAT. Sometimes it concerns me that they are not being fed at home. Then reality sets in and I realize the other parents are helping their kid maintain their weights. I on the other hand find it amusing to watch them stuff their faces knowing that they are gonna have to cut their butts off. Is it a little sadistic? Probably. But I have to find some amusement. . . .
I'm trying to figure out how to post it for you. I found the perfect one..... two piece bikini, wind blown hair, beautiful sandy beach. Total model pose, and it's HOT! Liz is in sweat pants, but she's still cute.
What are the top 3 meals the crew likes or the top 3 go-to meals in the Arnold household.
Probably the fav has been Soul food. I sometimes have to remind myself that very few of them have ever been to the deep south to eat. They love when we grill. I'm a foodie and love cooking outside. And the low country boil. That one gets a little expensive because of the crab legs, but it's worth it to see them digging in. As for me, I'm a meat and meat kinda guy so when I get steak I usually buy it in bulk because I know it's gonna go fast. Liz meal preps for Gabe (I think that's her way of making sure he comes home daily), but she'll do it for any of the guys that want/need it.

I know you’d probably never accept it but I would be willing to contribute to your food fund — what you are doing for the team and their camaraderie is just wonderful. One of these young posters can set up the fund and I will be the first to kick in!
Nope. The thought is very appreciated, though. This is my way of giving back. Growing up, my folks didn't have much, but what we did have, living on a farm, my parents were ALWAYS quick and eager to share. During butchering season my dad would have folks from the church come over and help. They always left with plenty to feed their families. During canning season we would do the same. I guess in my own way this is my way of honoring my mom and dad and what they taught me. I always thought we were dirt poor. Never realized how rich we really were. . . .
Both do. I handle all the meats. She knocks out the sides. I hate being holed up in the kitchen and do all the meats outside on the deck.

This is really great stuff coach. A home cookout with some of the Hawkeye wrestling team is something I would love to be involved in someday.

You have to give credit where credit is due. Although I am fairly certain you are both using extremely different definitions of the word, JB deserves major kudos for the wordsmithery. This is especially true, since I have a very strong inherent bias in his favor...
