Yeah, mandates for sanitation workers seems kinda silly. They're outside all the time and no one wants to get too close to them... probably one of the safer jobs one could have during the pandemic.
Seems kind of silly not to get a vaccine which is shown to reduce death and hospitalization rates.
Seems kind of silly to fire workers for making their own personal health decisions.
I would imagine Kyrie's lawyers are working on a lawsuit after that ruling to sue the state for all his lost wages.
The issue really isn’t whether or not it’s “silly” not to get vaccinated. The issue is whether or not someone should be fired from their job for not getting vaccinated.

The death rate for most working Americans was already close to zero without the vaccination. So forcing the vaccine to reduce it by a fraction of a fraction of a percent is silly. That and the original mandate was predicated on the idea that vaccines help stop the spread in the workplace and we know now that too is silly.
Lol the only people going to the hosptial these days are the vaxed with heart problems
But doesn't keep anyone from spreading it or getting it? You, as a fire fighter, must get a shot so that hospital workers aren't over worked? Nice rationale
