Guess the only draft in Ames is from the wind blowing.
Pretty cocky for a team that finished third in their division (weakest division in all football conferences). But hey, every little win right. What goes around comes around. Speak while you can.Yeah, the hot air blowing from Pollard's big fat mouth.

let's see in the last 20 years Iowa is 20th rated for the most players in the NFL I don't see that Trend not continuing. Get drafted what happened?Serious question?
Hard to believe... ok, maybe not, that ISU hasn't had a single player drafted since 2014.
Talk about being irrelevant.
For being irrelevant, the Clones team sure got much more publicity on a National scale last year as compared to the hawks. But I will give the hawks credit for some marketing genius by utilizing the hospital& clinics for the wave.....that was a brilliant move.Hard to believe... ok, maybe not, that ISU hasn't had a single player drafted since 2014.

First off, we win a lot more than you.....but then again....everone does. Historically Iowa does not send a lot of skill position players to the next level. I am not wasting my time explaining it to you. By the way, how many Clowns got drafted? Wasn’t the mouth Lazard supposed to go really high? After having so many draft choices, how come the hawks don't win more?

Correct, and skill players are the key. You would think KF would know that after 20 years. ISU has some really good skill players in the pipeline. Lazard was the holdover from the previous staff.First off, we win a lot more than you.....but then again....everone does. It has already started. Expectations are raised after year 2 of current staff. It is going to be difficult moving up in the conference when you play every team each year.America loves an underdog story. This isnt something to be proud of. Wait until you start winning enough to actually have expectations.

A record at least as good as last year. Plus the new construction on the north end is going to include a sports performance center and there is talk of stadium expansion to possibly 70kJust so I can keep track what are said expectations?
No one outside the cares about the Clones. The Iowa State Cyclones! For being irrelevant, the Clones team sure got much more publicity on a National scale last year as compared to the hawks. To win 5 games a year on a consistent basis.Just so I can keep track what are said expectations?
Tubberville has never been a fast one but he corrected himself quickly. It has happened to the hawks as well.No one outside the cares about the Clones. The Iowa State Cyclones!
Not the Iowa State Hawkeyes that were referenced by the announcers of the ISU/Memphis bowl game last season. LOL![]()
Iowa's win total is fairly consistent with their draft status, that is, generally a top 20 to 25 type team over the last 20 years, which ties to overall number # drafted in NFL. Next question...After having so many draft choices, how come the hawks don't win more?
Generally top 20-25 over KF's tenure? Yeah, I don't think so. There has been some good years, but there has been many more non top 25 years. What is puzzling is the hawks should really be taking advantage of the unbalanced schedule to be perceived as a top tier B10 team, but have really only taken advantage once. Being one kick or so from a playoff berth after getting a very advantageous schedule is hard to swallow.Iowa's win total is fairly consistent with their draft status, that is, generally a top 20 to 25 type team over the last 20 years, which ties to overall number # drafted in NFL. ISU gave one of the playoff teams their only loss at home. It was mentioned over and over leading up and during the overtime loss to Georgia. The highest number of viewers watched the playoffs.Iowa st was a nice story for 2-3 weeks but an after thought come November when they lost 3 of last 4 to end the regular season dropped out of top 25 and finished unranked. Same time iowa caught attention and was ranked as well after killing Ohio st. So please don’t act like isu got so much more publicity than Iowa. Both did for few weeks and that was it.

Why make an open invitation to trolls?Any questions?
Said every clown fan ever for the past 35 years, lol!Pretty cocky for a team that finished third in their division (weakest division in all football conferences). But hey, every little win right. What goes around comes around. Speak while you can.
You mean if OSU would have been a playoff team? If not, what is your point?as was iowa's victory over ohio state.

But not during the playoffs when everyone was watchingIowa’s win over Ohio st talked about all weekend when playoffs were announced and before hand with debate between Osu or Alabama. Again both teams had a few weeks in the spotlight but by end of the year both were after thoughts being not ranked.
See above and wise upi find it hard to believe you are as dumb as you come across on this site, but you do it so consistently and easily.
Yes, obviously all the NFL guys took note for the draft. But not during the playoffs when everyone was watching
