Kirk's "play it close to the vest" philosophy which keeps us in games against superior opponents but also allows lesser opponents to stay close (ISU, NDSU, CMU, NIU) + treat every game the same = losses to lesser opponents, especially in rivalry games. That's been his blind spot.

I am sure those years won’t count. My guess is he only wants to count games KF was the HC for. So of course the current savior gets credit for what others before him have done. No different than the 19 national titles the isu sports info dept. claims Campbell already has.

This right here. Never understood how they think that they have won 1/2 the time. Iowa has basically won two out of every three games since the series began.

I get it....you guys are worried. Can you imagine what will happen when the Clones start putting good seasons together? Many of the folks here proclaim how horrible the "Clowns" are in their football history......yet attendance is rising and new facilities keep getting built. What is going to happen when real nice seasons start stacking up? Since significantly more Iowans (and students for that matter) attend ISU than any school in Iowa, attendance will explode. I would be worried too, if I were a hawk fan.
