With Indiana and Minnesota firing their coaches I'm guessing they declined. Pitty feel like the NIT is a great chance to build momentum for next season and a good opportunity to get your underclassmen some tournament experience against nonconference foes.

I believe Duke, technically, as well since they ended their season.

Caught some of the Toledo game and have seen a few minutes of other games. Their guard Littleson is pretty scrappy. Believe he led the nation in 3's with 101. He's a senior and may be done, but if he goes into the portal would be a nice get for Fran for 1-year. Maybe it's the lack of a player with a man bun that is keeping Iowa from the Sweet 16.
