I wouldn't start talking about NIT yet. You actually have to win a game after December to go to that one.
Iowa. We’re good enough is good enough. We even had ****ing cyclone fans being louder than Iowa fans at Carver. That’s how far this program has fallen and I understand I’m part of the problem because I wasn’t there and I refuse to spend my hard earned money Watching a dog shit coach.

I didn't attack you. I attacked your conclusions re Iowa. They're not a good team no matter how you spin it. Half the arena was empty tonight. It's simply not a well coached or competitive product. That's all.

I wouldn't worry too much about that, unless the Big 10 is really terrible this year. And they might be, the Big 10 kind of sucks in basketball anymore. Unless the new schools have programs with a pulse.
Oregon & UCLA are better than Iowa. USC may be equal. Only one I'd say isn't great is Washington.
We'll be fine,.. That was a hard fought game against a legitimate top ten team and we were in play,.. Long season and things are looking positive.
Reality check: Despite being pounded on the offensive glass, Iowa never trailed for 37.5 minutes against the awesome #3 team in the country. Iowa lost by 2 at #14 Michigan. Tell Tom Izzo that spells NIT.

Spells 0-2 to me and a miracle at home against NW from 0-3, who also crushed Iowa on the glass

Nope. Iowa basketball is what it is. A perennial bottom barrel NCAA team that might get a bid, but won't ever make it out of the first round. To be fair, they don't really do well when they are in the NIT either. Either way, the hassle of going to a game doesn't justify the mediocrity you see when you get there. Not to mention, the Iowa Administration has gone out of their way to have an awful game night atmosphere in the building. Buying a soft serve ice cream cone should not be the most exciting thing that you might see or do while attending a game.
