You lost to a JV team today. You had a 16 point lead to said JV team. You had a 9 point lead so late in the game. Their best player was out all of OT.

10 wins, only one of which came against a team with a winning conference record. 10 losses by an average of 11.5 points, with three losses by 20, 20, and 22 points respectively, plus a 14-point boatracing at home by Rutgers on Senior Day.
When 9 of your 10 wins were against the worst teams in the conference....and many of the 10 losses were of the blowout variety, that's bad by any objective measure.

Plus three of those wins were essentially pulled out of their asses with last minute heroics. We could easily be 7-13. A less than impressive body of work to be sure.
I was done with Fran last year when he wouldn't even address the Scott Dochterman question about hot seat---he bragged about his body of work..then he banked Ellingson schollie and gave Wagner's to his kids......His best seasons have all ended in collapse..Iowa has been no threat in BTT or NCAA tourney..what is point of making a tourney when you are playing your worst ball? Zero threat to do anthing..dead on arrival.
