Those who have wanted Fran to shorten up his rotation will likely get it this year. Hawks will need to depend on Pemsl being healthy for a full season, which hasn't ever happened.

No Nunge, no P McC and no Jordan. Yep, the bench just got a lot shorter. Cordell played his best game of the year today. Looked faster and stronger as the game went on. We're going to need about 25-30 minutes a game from here on out if Jack isn't available.

If Nunge is not seriously hurt, I still don't think we can conclude yet that he won't be pretty damn good. I know it has been working against our weaker opponents, but we need to have more inside out passing from Luka to free up some outside shots, including Nunge from the FT area. Luka isn't going to dominate in the B1G, even if he will get his share. He seems determined to take the shot whenever he gets it, so far this year. I believe that is part of why Nunge is standing around too much on offense, watching Luka work. I liked seeing Weesy drive a little more tonight. That needs to be a part of our offense, along with outside shots from ball movement.

Different topic, but I am a little concerned about the outside shooting of our guards off the bench. They play good defense, but both JoeT and Evelyn's outside shots are ugly right now.
