All I've heard for nearly a decade is that trump means business and he speaks the truth and understands us. Him saying shit like this doesn't support that premise. So which is it? Give me some real quotes from Trump’s speeches (say in the last 3 months) that support your claims that he, for example, is going after political opponents. I recently heard Trump say (think it was part of Rogan podcast) that he didn’t “lock up” Hillary after the last election. Don’t take his comments out of context either. So, give me some of his real comments that scare you so much.

The reason he didn’t try to lock up Hilary is because both his AGs told him their was no reason or evidence to arrest her.
