O$U Hangover??

Thoughts on the suckeyes having a hangover after that epic comeback over PSU??
Being an eternal optimist...I doubt it
Anywho I do think that having that game and then having to travel to the IC will definitely play some part. Maybe they shot their wad and will come in a little sloppy. I am predicting a better game than most are thinking though.

Lets just say this game reminds me of a HS game where the #1 team in the state is coming into the 0-5 teams stadium. It might be close for a quarter, but eventually OSU will strike and if they 2-3 strikes early, this game won't even be close.

Earlier in the week I thought we might have a shot, begins its their first "true" road test outside of Lincoln. But our offense is not good and our defense will get worn down. OSU is basically a semi-pro team with all their talent, so I don't like the hawks chances anymore.

I think OSU wins by 20-24pts. I just don't think Iowa is there yet, I think they can get there, once the O-line figures their crap out.

They won't be hungover. They have been playing to crush people since Oklahoma. We will take their best shot and send it right back at them. To quote Knute Rockne: "These are the fellows they say are pretty good; but I think we're better!"

This. Our Offense needs to put together some drives and get some early scores. We are not going to hold OSU to 10-17 points.

When I was in college and............. as you said, shot my wad, I lasted a lot longer the next time. Just saying.
