Well, I guess this finalized my opinion on who was worse, Obama or "W." Playing hooky more often gives George the advantage, since that's just less time he spent screwing us.
Not until Obama. And these numbers do not define vacation. My assumption is that time spent at W's ranch was used in this calculation. No way these guys escape the job for more than a few hours at a time. Even BHO.

If you measure how hard someone works based on how many days they have off for vacation, good luck. At most companies the longer you work at them the more days you get off. Does that mean that the newer staff is working harder then the older staff?
Who did he delegate to when he was suffering from dementia during most of his 2nd term?
