New proposal: All road games against LA and SF are to be played in Coors. That’s as far West as we should go.
The Phillies schedule to finish the season is the second easiest in MLB. If the Braves are going to take the division, they're going to have to do it by winning series.

Can you please have the White Sox inexplicably release Craig Kimbrel and have him fall to the Braves? At least I'll get nostalgia out of the blown saves the offense has to save our asses from.

Lule Jackson is our bullpen ace now. We can count on an inning from him it seems but I have PTSD there. And Tyler Matzek usually gets it done efficiently. Rodriguez has been mostly good since we got him but he's never been in the playoffs and we've been kind of playing around with his role it seems but they have to figure out what they want to do with him before we start a playoff series as road underdogs.
We're getting the division again, I feel good about our winning percentage over 23 remaining games against anyone to play well enough to hold this lead. But first round playoff series is going to be over quickly if the bullpen doesn't stop effin around

Had a father-son Braves game w/ my 10 y/o tonight. It was a blast. Beautiful weather and a Los Bravos win!

Please just release Smith now. Make him pay his own way back home. Six blown saves, six losses and a 3.69 ERA. That sucks for a contender's closer.

Atlanta is also the home team in a suspended game at San Diego this week. San Diego leads that game 5-4 in the bottom of the 5th.
*4 with SD due to the suspended game. Plus vs. COL if necessary. Hoping it’s not. Even a mediocre 7-6 finish from Atlanta would require philly to win 9 of 12 to force that makeup game. When you start looking at math like that it makes it tough for the Phils.
Regardless, the schedule maker should be fired. Having any team with an opposite coast road trip, instead of playing divisional games, in the last two weeks of the season is ridiculous.
Thought the Orioles were going to help again but then they went and Baltimored the 10th.

I just cannot believe Will Smith keeps getting run out there to blow leads.
It really comes down to the three game set in Atlanta this week against Philly. It would be really nice to at least maintain the 1.5 game lead going into that set.
