Some of you people are nuts. From what I've read on these interwebs Iowa gained aton of respect in this loss. Losing is not what we wanted but we have gotten universal praise. Game of the year is what this BTCG is being called.
This hurts but I'm fine. Imagine what those players feel like. My heart goes out to them. They played their arses off and represented tonight.

Ferentz is the head coach, and I give Ferentz credit for changing a lot to let Beathard and our running backs play to win this season.
But to say this is just on Davis? Greg Davis makes NO decision that isn't ok'd by Ferentz. He's the head coach, if he delegates responsibility then he'd better be sure that he gives the entire offense to someone who is worthy. If he doesn't then that's his fault.

Anyone able to find the time of possession? Iowa's conservative offense for 3.5 quarters doomed the defense.
Wrong again. We made them look good by not getting Boone help early, Running Daniels up the middle, not getting Wadley more touches, and throwing all those 2 yd passes.
It is stupid to bi**h about coaching, this game was great and was all about great players. MSU deserves the win. Fantastic D by both teams. It was a lucky bounce of the ball the interception in the end zone.
I'm out of this place too. Some of you guys need to get a life. Obviously never been an athlete and competed like this before. This team and coaches gave it their all. Nothing to be ashamed of tonight.
Fire KF and GD. Just kidding. I thought the coaches did a great job this game. The players played their hearts out. To say this loss is the understatement of the year. That last drive was a death by a thousand cuts. You could see the defense was gassed and the clock running down so the offense wouldn't get another chance. I can't be mad at any of the players or coaches, but I still want to say d*mn it. So close to making the playoffs.

The coaches did a great job??? Parker did. Davis and ferentz sucked. Shriveled nut sacks. We didn't throw a pass over ten tards until the fourth quarter.
Yes they did. I would say it was the best effort of the year. Congrats to the team as a whole. The conservative old ferentz doomed this team tonight.
A couple things really pissed me off tonight. The punt block attempt which roughed the kicker. The the continuous crappy playcalling on offense that lead to 3 and outs which wore out our D. Then we know they are gassed time is running out. We've seen this before several times under a KF team. Let them score so we have enough time to score. Yeah...anything could happen....they could fumble it but odds are better they won't and you won't have enough time on thr clock to score. Announcers even say it. I know it's not something you want to teach but when they are gassed you do the smart thing and this wasn't it you want the ball in your playmaker hands. All we needed was a chance to get a field goal to tie it. Not enough time left. Hats off to the guys...i think they did a fantastic job.
We have a great coach and a great team. This one came down to a few plays. Nothing to be mad or ashamed about.
