Remember that they pretty much just take the home team's broadcast and put it on TV so you get the home town flavor.

That said, this play by play dude is awful. I get that they are home town announcers so they are going to cheer for their team but his voice is about as fun to listen to as rubbing two pieces of styrofoam together when he gets excited. It's grating to listen to.

I don't mind the color lady too much beyond getting annoyed with her cheering too, but that's to be expected.

He sounds like the tropics play by play guy in semi pro.

Well, I think it's safe to say that this game is effectively over.

From what we've seen so far, Fever can hang with, and beat, the bad to medicore teams in the league e.g Mystics, Sparks, Sky, Dream. But they can't keep up with any team that's even halfway decent. So at least they aren't the worst team in the league, but they still have things to fix.
