Seen this before. Like at Iowa—and more so here—Clark has to have others make shots or she starts forcing. Against LA last time, others WERE making shots (more so than CC, who was assisting more but had the 2stellare 3s). Not tonight. Imagine the way the season may ebb and flow…
Clark is good at getting past her defender. However, then she has to either try a layup over a 6'4" big or make a wild pass to get out of trouble. She does need to add a mid-range shot as an option.

These refs makeup rules as we go like my 5 year old daughter makes up rules when we play Monopoly. She always wins of course 
LA has 55 points in the second half. Defense has been a big problem for the Fever this season.

Clark has 28 points, but half of them are free throws. She's only 3-10 from three and has 7 TOs.

See my post a few posts above. CC's game has been a mixed bag. It doesn't feel particularly good. Clark has 7 TOs and the Sparks probably hit a three pointer after three or four of the TOs.
It's one of her better games, but she's had a few too many turnovers. Some were poor choices but most were just trying to do too much. Nobody else on the team could hit a shot in the first half.
3 steals, 3 blocked shots, and 6 assists. 43% overall shooting. That’s a good game
Right now it's Clark, Boston, Mitchell, and Fagbenle that should be a lock for the roster next season. Everyone else is expendable and if they can't adapt their game to the uptempo fast play they need to start hoping Toronto picks them up in the expansion draft.
Clark scored 30 points for the first time, but there were just too many bad stretches from the Fever, again, and suddenly white-hot shooting from the Sparks. This was a game the Fever could not afford to lose. Now they have to feel pretty desperate to win the next two home games.

Yep. If CC had just ONE player that could consistently hit an open three (I’m looking at you worthless Wallace), her numbers would have been off the charts tonight. She needs serious help on the perimeter.
She got every call in college when she went to the hoop, not so much any longer.
Hmm... it appears my math was wrong. LA apparently had 45 points in the second half when I posted about 55, then they ended with 51. Regardless, this is Iowa men level defense. You can't win giving up points like that.
Not a fan of Mitchell. Plays fast but doesn’t see the court well for a guard. Doesn’t do enough of the other things to offset her streaky shooting.
Seriously, there are not better free agents out there than a few of these players?
