CC was +13 while on the floor.

Mitchell's play has grown on me some, and I think she's grown to accept that the offense mainly runs through CC and now she finds a way to play her solo game when the offensive flow breaks down.
They’re not winning without her. They have to have a second scorer. In some cases a 1st. CC was totally recognizing her roll late in the game.
The Mercury roster in general is growing on me. They are feisty and competitive, but they don't come across as petty. Cloud, Copper, Cunningham and even Taurasi have all seemed pretty chill...that is when Copper isn't getting hot headed at CC over a foul.
The Fever lost at Dallas right before the break. Tonight, the Sun are crushing them (in Dallas) because the Sun play defense.
While most of what we see from CC is good, there is definitely a pattern where she shoots well in the first quarter, but her shot fades. Tonight, she started 3 of 4 from three, but finished 1 of 7. We've seen this many times, in both college and the W. I have to think she just gets tired from her very fast-paced play and loses the ability to shoot efficiently later in games. Meanwhile, Mitchell, tonight, shot 6-13 from three. She's not running around nearly as much as CC. She gets more open, spot-up threes.

Thomas did not get a triple-double, coming up short of 10 rebounds. She did finish with 14 assists, though.
Cloud had some bush league play tonight. She was grabbing/holding Mitchell around that screen then bodied her as she was trying to get up. Garbage play there.

Over all your point is valid although there have been exceptions. And I'm pretty sure she hit a three in the 4th so your 2 for 8 can't be right either. In fact the stats say she was 4 for 11, so she made 2 in the 2nd half. Also your "most of what we see is GOOD", Really? GOOD. Much of what we see is at an entirely different level from her peers..

Atlanta finally got Rhyne Howard back and beat Seattle tonight. Howard scored 30 points. The Dream started the season 6-6, but then lost Howard to an ankle sprain and lost 10 of their last 11 games before the break. It's a totally different team with a healthy Howard. Atlanta is only a couple games behind 8th place Chicago, so they are definitely still in the mix for a playoff spot. The Fever play at Atlanta on August 26th.
Not me. Griner is either dirty or clueless as to how to handle her size, as she is constantly hitting or elbowing people in the face or head. DT is a glory hound. I think that cloud is a bitch but maybe I’d like her if she was on the fever. Don’t have anything bad to say about copper.
