All I know is that when her shoe is released they better have her “jump man” logo on it, releasing a deep bomb with ponytail flying behind her.
"The other poster" knows this. The comment was that they don't have enough room under the cap to fill out their roster or draft anyone without either releasing Brown or making some other deal.
With this being posted on the fever Facebook page, I wonder if this means another move is underfoot where someone like Wallace is being traded. Otherwise, it seems odd to post this if she is disposable.

If that is their position right now then they need to trade the picks for future draft picks.
Hard to do in a buyer’s market. Pretty much every team except for Dallas with the number 1 has shown a willingness to part with their draft picks this year. 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12 have all been traded. Indy had to give up their 1st rounder just to get rid of Smith.
Good players can be found deep in the draft, but the hit rate is very low.
The other thing to remember is WNBA consistently draft overseas players and don’t sign them for a year or two. This could be Fever intent to get a players rights for NEXT year, when the roster is being remade due to cba.
Almost every player not on a rookie contract is going to be a free agent next year - I wonder if the core designation will be eliminated. It will be interesting to see the new CBA.
I saw last week in one mock draft showing they'd take sedona prince, who is 6'7 and playing well for TCU. Two days later I read an article where there are sexual assault allegations. Yikes. If Ayoka Lee falls in the draft she would be a good pickup. Otherwise, maybe this is just a year where draft picks aren't worth much.

The drama in the WNBA is ridiculous. So, Nalyssa and Mustard are apparently no more just as they become teammates. And Aja had a shoe deal for two years but kept quiet about it while haters went after CC by playing the race card.
So it seems. One of those broadcasters likened the W more to WWE than NBA, in terms of things being scripted and controlled by the establishment. If that is true I cannot say.

She certainly has rubbed many Caitlin and fever fans the wrong way, and seems prone to tweeting every thought she has. But I can’t imagine the front office hasn’t cleared everything with Caitlin first.
Would hope they cleared it first. If not it has the feeling of trying to dial back the freedom/independence of the CC playing style. Similar to the early part of last season where the coach played her off the ball. Hope it isn’t a control issue

If that's the only tweet I don't see where the criticism is.
Don't care about her blocking people on Twitter. Will be interesting to see how she plays with the team when she shows up to camp. Until then I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. Winning matters. Making money matters. A player with her talents busting their butt to do both will help the team considerably.
Just watch The Last Dance documentary and tell me that the Bulls team didn't have disfunction in its relationships. But they figured out how to set those aside in the lockerroom and on the court and won a title. Because winning mattered more than anything else to those players(minus the time that Rodman vanished to Vegas for a few days).
