I think the biggest change is that opponents have Iowa figured out. Guard the 3 point shooters.

Iowa has no guards that can get to the rim.

The last 3 opponents are chasing Iowa off the 3 point line and they have no answer.

Officiating has nothing to do with this currently. Iowa is so out of sorts it's not even funny. Just can't do anything on offense whatsoever. If Garza and Cook are literally not going to fire a shot inside, Iowa won't beat anyone. Garza's game has completely disappeared.

I don't disagree that Garza is absolutely lost, but officiating in this conference is a bigger issue that needs to be examined.
