I've always been a big advocate of scoring as much points as possible.

ok my philly cheesesteak recipes, or my wife's really: we just watched a few youtube vids. first up we bought a flat skillet. not iron but teflon. put it on the top two burners on the stove. first recipe was simple ...just steak and white onion, cheez whiz. that's it. cut ribeyes real thin. froze them 30 minutes till they were easy to cut. next recipe we tried onions and beef and peppers both red and green, and sweet cherry pepper relish. both were fantastic. I kind of like the simple way of just beef and onions. both were great!!
