Not sure. I will say that last time, four Illinois players were in foul trouble early and often. Three, I believe fouled out in regulation, and the 4th in OT.

No, you're entirely wrong. The initial line may be set that way. But the action that ensues moves the line from open to close. If 90% of people bet on Illinois, the line would move toward Illinois to encourage people to bet on Iowa. If you opened a sportsbook using your theory, you would be bankrupt within a week.
