Matt has been reporting on Florida politics for sometime now. That said, it is cryptic and may not be in relation to the Gaetz investigation. Seminole County is the county Greenberg was the elected official in.

So I just requested my mail in ballots for the 2022 elections. The ballots aren't finalized yet; the primary filing deadline closes July 25th.

So far, Gaetz has 2 primary opponents who have filed:
Bryan Jones, USAF Veteran
John Mills, USN Veteran

3 others have declared but have not yet formalized their paperwork:
Jeremy Kelly, USMC Veteran
Mark Lombardo, USMC Veteran, Fedex Pilot and Executive
Greg Merk, USAF Veteran

Yeah, but polling was much closer than that just before election day, and Dems usually are under 30% in District 1.

I'm sure you are right, especially in the General, but I'm really hoping he'll lose in the primary. That's why I was genuinely interested in his imminent arrest, but, as usual, all those sources were wrong. They were probably the same sources who said Stoops was going to be the next FSU football coach.
