We have a game of two physical teams here and I am not really sure what's going to happen. It would be nice to see KF get over the hump that Hayden could not and win the Rose Bowl. I think Iowa could have success running the ball, but CJB will have to play a role.

I think McCaffery for Stanford is the diference.

CJB connects on 3 - 40+ yard shots downfield. Canzeri goes for 100. McCaffery gets a late TD to make things interesting but Iowa is able to run out the clock as the sun begins to set over the San Garbriel mountains. Hawk fans everywhere rejoice and drink all of the Busch Light in Southern California.

I think along the lines of 30-7 Hawks. I know Vegas/Public and even some analysts think this will be close but I don't see it. I watched almost all of the Stanford-NW game and Stanford really struggles against premier Big 10 defenses. Ours is far better than the one they faced on Evanston also.

Hasn't happened all year and I don't see it happening now. If anything I think they come out with a HUGE chip on their shoulders because they know that they should be in the playoff right now. They'll come out hungry and take it to the Cardinal and shut down their Heisman candidate.

Why should they be?

Because they know that they should have stopped MSU on that final drive.. and on a couple of those bang bang plays at the end it even looks like they did. They know how close the NC game was.... and were so close to continuing the undefeated season. They've got something to prove this game and I think Stanford is going to be the victim of their aggression.

Iowa finally does bring home the roses after waiting for more than half a century. Yes, the Hawkeyes take out the MSU frustration on the poor boys from Stanford who end the season as they started it -- losing to the Big Ten.
