This was Trump Org, which Trump claimed he was "stepping aside" from, and having his sons run, to avoid any personal conflicts of interest while he was in the WH.

Seems like these trial details are completely upending the myth that Trump EVER "stepped aside" from Trump Org.

So, we're thinking she told the truth (even under oath) with no way of providing counter evidence (no other witnesses) that she is in fact telling the truth. My word against your work is all this is. He paid her just like many other people in the public spotlight do, to not spread rumors or even maybe the truth, that may hurt the reputation of said person. no matter who is in charge of the DOJ or any of the states or other jurisdictions...there's never any formal pursuit of accountability or criminal charges...the best they'll do is congressional hearings, which (again) never seem to get to the point of actually charging people
