When Marshall kicked that ball into next week.

I was in my living room with my daughter saying come baby, just get to the 40 and give Marshall a shot. Daughter was like who is Marshall.

Standing in front of the big screen when he put the howitzer to that football. Daughter had me doing the Whip and the Nae Nae. Good times.

Great win, hope everybody there cherished it. I will be there for Minnesota.

Love the moxie of this team...emotion is such a huge part of college football. As an Iowa fan I will always remember this game and here's to many more

Awesome, Ukrainehawk!

Not so interesting for me. . . . In the basement, by myself, with the wife and kids snoozing upstairs, jumping around like a chimpanzee, celebrating in solitude. . . but loving every minute of it.

Like I said in the game thread, I'm pretty sure damn near all of East Village knows that the Hawks won with my window open and me flipping my shit. I don't understand why I get so wrapped up in this stuff, but I don't care. It's so much freaking fun.

At this point in my life I think it has shifted into a feeling of how awesome it is for those players. These are moments that they will never forget for the rest of their lives. It's just great on so many different levels.

Sitting in the Radisson in Davenport...unable to watch the game on tv so relying on ESPN game track and the game thread to figured out what the he** happened

Ouch! No BTN in the Radisson? That's a bummer. No time to get out and try a sports bar?

This is my first post in years. Words can't describe how pumped I am. I grew up in Solon and know Marshall and his family well. I'm so happy for them. Lets go Hawks.

Very cool! Love seeing kids grow up in the Iowa City area and excel for the Hawks. Nothing like home town boys/girls making good for the good guys.

At a wedding. The baby had to go to sleep and one of us had to watch her. I drew the short straw... Oh well, I missed the PSU kick in '08 too. Guess if Iowa needs to kick a game winner I just can't watch. : )

Gotcha. It's a good cause, and the baby's worth much more than any football game. Iowa football's great and all, but first things first. Got your priorities straight! Nice job.

In the living room watching with my son and one of his friends. I jumped out of my recliner my son actually ended up standing ON the couch. We let a holler or two. We had a couple of dogs in the living room too and they weren't that impressed and were wondering what we were so exciting about.

Called in on call to the hospital and sitting in a recovery room getting paid for watching "the kick" alone.

I would have rather been with my four boys.

Been there, done that. I love when the little black box starts talking in the middle of big games....not!

At Caesars sports book. Happy with the W but didn't cover. Oh well can't have them both and hedged ht line. Knew he would make that kick. Go Hawks!

At Pluckers in Grapevine, tx. We had somehow commandeered 2 tvs for the game even though there was Texas, Tcu, and SEC going on. I said, "no ****ing way he makes this" as it sailed through

Drinking beer and watching on the big screen with one of my sons. Thought of this as another of those aggressive moments Kirk has had!. Up until last year, it would have been run the clock out and try to win it in OT. Very impressed and on top of that, an outstanding kick. Hell, it still hit the net!

Section 132.
One of the most awesome moments in Kinnick!
Wife, daughter, and brother-in-law enjoying it with me. (Daughter will be Hawk next year joining big sister already in Iowa City).
Best after game celebration by players on the field that I've been at in a long while. The guys ran to the south end zone, then several players ran over to other sections. I know I saw King running over to the north end of the east side stands fiving with fans. And the crowd just kept cheering.
Great night to be at Kinnick!

Standing in front of the recliner, screaming at the TV. The wife was doing her best to ignore me, and the cats were in hiding. When the ball went through the uprights, I let out a yell loud enough to cause a neighborhood disturbance, and we live in the country.

Great win by the Hawkeyes!

In buffalo wild wings Muscatine. About ready to rip my hair out if we went to overtime because of Smith getting forced out on the drive.

watching in cabin outside of Hayward Wisconsin

magic----like kick against Michigan in 1985

40 yard line 40 rows up, after the first kick thought OT for sure. Could not believe he made it, so glad I was at the game.

I was in my living room. The roommates were watching the USC game on one tv and the UCLA game on another (I live just south of LA) and I was watching the game on my phone thanks to my friend from back home in Iowa being clutch and giving me his BTN2GO info so I could watch the game. Started yelling obscenities when the kick was good.

Right in the North bleachers, the place to be last night. My buddy is the one who you see throwing the orange hat as the ball is going over the upright. My son has video from our perspective that I will put up soon. IT....WAS.....NUTS......

@ one of the Dallas game watch locations. Probably go somewhere else next week.

Section 134 North Endzone right to right of the goalpost cannot describe how great it was inside. Haven't had a win like that in some time. feelsgoodman

Watching in my living room in Florida. When we got the ball for the last drive, all I could think of was that we might just try to run the clock out and play for overtime. (I think that has happened before)

Hopefully, with this weapon, we will try to score in the waning seconds of the half and game in the future.

I also remember where I was on the 1985 kick versus Michigan, as another poster mentioned.

My wife got a migraine and we had to leave in the third quarter. I was on I-80 east, listening to Dolph and Eddie.

Put it on a thread for all to see, not that I am being an attention whore or anything. Just wow, what a night to pick THAT seat!
