I did..I was screaming when it happened. So basic nobody picked up on it until after game.

There was no foul on the last shot - no way
I find it comical that this is so basic all of a sudden. Yeah they missed it but no one know notices if it happens with 10 minutes left to play in the game. The foul on the 3-pointer no matter how much you dissect it that was a foul.So basic nobody picked up on it until after game.
Auburn fans will never forget this game. Ever.I did..I was screaming when it happened.
There is none, and don’t you dare bring it up if you’re a player or coach. The foul on the three looked pretty legit. Auburn guy was standing right where the shooter was supposed to land. Obvious contact while in the air. The missed double dribble is inexcusable. Where is the accountability?
Definitely a foul on the shot, and it looked like it affected the shot. OTOH, 99 of 100 officials would swallow the whistle.I find it comical that this is so basic all of a sudden. Yeah they missed it but no one know no this is it if it happens with 10 minutes left to play in the game. The foul on the 3-pointer no matter how much you dissect it that was a foul.
Auburn guy was playing tight D. I am sure people would live wrongly called double dribble calls every time a ball was tipped away during tight defense. You can't expect the refs to know the rules...jeesh.
Exactly! You can't expect the refs to know the rules...jeesh.
They shouldn't..it was a total screw job.Auburn fans will never forget this game. Ever.
It was a foul but Jerome double dribbled before that play. A cheater got cheated. What goes around comes around.
If it happened to ISU in a National Semi Final game you'd feel the say way?Auburn guy was playing tight D. I am sure people would live wrongly called double dribble calls every time a ball was tipped away during tight defense.
Yes. I am a UNI guy.If it happened to ISU in a National Semi Final game you'd feel the say way?
Yeah when the refs blew that one you knew it was all over.Worse..it was a double dribble in the backcourt.
Nah only one call. Game situation shouldn’t dictate whether or not something is a foul. If it’s a foul, it’s a foul, and Auburn’s player made contact with the guy mid-air. If that’s an Iowa player taking the shot and that doesn’t get called, I’m losing my absolute sh*t.But, bottom line, UVA got bailed out on 2 calls with under 5 seconds to go in the game and AU up 62-60:
* Missed double dribble should have given the ball back to Auburn with AU up 62-60 with 2.9 seconds to go in the game
* Foul called on AU on Guy's 3 point shot, which like you say, rarely gets called at the end of games. Those 3 FTs were the difference. UVA wins, 63-62
The foul call was correct. I didn't like that the ref was anticipating the call (had his arm halfway up as Guy went up for the shot). If he got the shot off clean and contact after, I say swallow the whistle. He got bumped in the process of the shot, so it needed to be called.
Fun game, though. America should be rooting for Michigan State . Nobody wants to see a 36-32 championship game.
dont be stupid , he took away his landing spot , definitely a foul .There was no foul on the last shot - no way
bullshitFoul or not, it’s never called in that situation. **** Virginia. This combined with last week, you can’t get more lucky.
Oh, everyone knew about it except for the refs.So basic nobody picked up on it until after game.
