There was wrestling. Running. Drilling. Sweating. More sweating. A little more sweating. Oh, and liberal water breaks. I was impressed.

That sign doesn't mean anything. Cameras are welcome, especially video cameras.
That sign more like a general guide line, its not really inforced and guys that visit most of the time have no issues.
TnT are funny that way, sometimes just not serious about things.
Maybe someone can do a Facebook live video from the next open practice.
Wasn’t at open practice but I saw the team running down Melrose today. The two things that I noticed: Ayala seems to have replaced Desanto as the guy way way way ahead of the rest of the pack and Gabe was one of the few running without a sweatshirt on out in this heat. He was shirtless and I can’t say I blame him; that kid is freaking jacked! I didn’t realize how cut up he is.
Gabe totally gets it from me…… just sayin.
Lets just say... I am sure his mother is a wonderful woman !!! But i am- pretty sure she doesn't run very often without her shirt on !

I kinda like it.
I think coach has just learned the rules of the cesspool and if he told the truth (Gabe gets it from mom), pics would be required. Lying is sometimes more comfortable than sleeping in the garage.
