They say they want to enforce technicals on flops, yet they miss an opportunity on an easy one.

Looks to me like he wasn't sure if he was practicing his next dive in the pool or his flop over the high jump bar. At any rate, it was a complete fake, just look at the push off. Is this the same guy who got suspended last year for kicking a player in the junk?
