illinois has to be kicking themselves even more, loyola looks terrible
Could end up having a mostly Pacific time zone final 4. The South region is the only one without a Pacific time zone team still alive. Potentially, the final 4 teams could all be from west of the Mississippi River.
I fell asleep... woke up... and Loyola has less points.
If this is how defensive minded teams play, count me out! They make Wisconsin look like the Globetrotters.
That's why I'm hoping Oregon beats USC or keeps it close. Imagine being a #1 seed and losing by double-digits to a team that lost by double-digits in the next round.
Really...I'd take the Oregon State team and style...my former co-worker/friend is on top of the world rooting for his Beavers, I guess he's not so concerned about missing out on the Fran experiment...I mean scoring 80pts and giving up close to 100 is exciting way to lose.
Oregon State success is example of why Fran has no excuses to go a career and never make it to sweet16.

Yup, if Kofi and Ayo don't return (likely) it makes the sting even worse. I will say, not have many fans/home court advantage really is taking the shine off this year's tournament. Obviously still great/exciting to watch though...

Oregon State moving onto the Elite 8. Also lost to Wyoming and Portland University in the non-conference. Why can't this be us!? Gag.
They lost to Portland U??? Wow, that's not easy to do. You almost have to be trying to lose the game to fall to PU.
