UNI has to travel to St. Louis and Missouri State barely makes the field as an 8 seed. Drake left out of the 32 team field, and will be the #1 seed in the 16-team CBI.........

Interesting, the disrespect shown to the MVC by whoever chairs the NIT committee.

What?! That's absolutely outrageous. Drake is a helluva team, and they beat the MVC's only NCAA team, Loyola, TWICE. Frankly, Drake would be a solid NCAA team itself. To not be included in the NIT is nothing less than scandalous. Wow.
