He could still probably get out of it if he didnt want to join that dumpster fire and Prohm is retained.
Darius McNeil had a signed NLI with ISU and asked out of it in May of 2017 and they released him.
I love Steve Prohm and I hope he stays in Ames next year to further destroy them.
The amount of spin going on at CF right now is truly something.
Basically, 3 of our top 8 (Bohannon, Connor and Patrick) are terrible and Fran still isn't a decent coach. Somehow, we are #5 in the nation in March despite all this but just wait until all this talent (that we apparently dont have) leaves the program.

ISU being down has very little to do with COVID and a whole lot to do with Prohm. Yeah I don't think COVID has done anything of significance really. Foster may, may have helped out on a couple of the close games but I'm not holding my breath on that one either.cyclonefanatic.com

He is simply bad at his job. He likes his booze and other extra things way too much to run a business. He lost a ton of posters by paying and allowing Twins to do his deal. Now, last I checked, there are like 4 Clones and 2 Hawks posting there around and around. Bad for business. Hell I will never forget when Twins tried to get support to troll and used Gonzo as a “great poster” as a reference so to say and Gonzo said he had Twins on ignore for over a year. For the 1,000th time Twins isn't an employee of CF. There is no way the money works out unless he's a full time employee that makes .20 an hour. Also, the only full time employees of CF are Williams and Stansbury, he's said so many times, so if you're calling him a liar I think you should provide at least a shred of evidence.
I said Williams is paying him to drive traffic on a site he runs and has a stake in. JFC, unless Twins lies about it he has said it himself or at least never denied it. Whatever not the point who pays him be it the company or Williams. Williams is in charge and allows it. That was the point. You realize Clone posters (outside of a handful) mock the situation and don’t post in the “cesspool” anymore. My point was that is not good for business. Your biggest poster has relagated what used to be an active forum into a few people saying the same thing over and over and Clone fans asking how to opt out of it.

I don't post their either and I've opted out so I don't even see the in state rivals board. Posting the same stuff over and over is the nature of instate rivals forums everywhere which is why most people grow out of it pretty quick.
I don't know anything about Twins. I could care less about him, and if anybody is lying about it it's him to tweak people like you. Again, the money just doesn't work out. He doesn't get paid to drive traffic to the site because there is almost no amount of traffic he could direct that would offset the cost of paying someone to drive it, especially in this online ad economy.
ISU @ #18 TTech tomorrow and @ KState Saturday. KState may be their only serious opportunity for a win. 0-18 in conference with a 17 game losing streak would be nice.
All fair. And you are totally correct. I was only basing it on what he and others on there have said and he surely doesn’t deny it. And it doesn’t “tweak” me as much as I find it sad and pathetic. Anyway, I do enjoy your banter on here. Keep up the good fight!
If they dont win either one of these 2, they will have to try again next year to snap their road losing streak that has been going since February of 2019.
Looking at the box score neither of these 2 guys even saw the floor last night in a blowout loss. Only one freshman saw the floor on a team that is 2-19. That's not a good sign. Also see Bolton didn't play. Not sure why but doubt it would've made a difference in the outcome last night. Sure that guy is loving his move to Ames..... Funny reason he left was because of the coach who is now gone at PSU. Now PSU sucks this year but still better than ISU and would've been a tourney team last year but least he gets to chuck up his shots and turn the ball over and doesn't have to worry about sitting on the bench in Ames.
Prohm has actually been a pretty decent recruiter. He's got a highly rated PG coming in next year and he signed players like Talen Tucker-Horton, Lindell Wigginton and Tyrese Halliburton, any of which I would have loved to seen on the Hawks. Unfortunately for the Clowns, he couldn't even win consistently with these players and then rapidly lost them all to the pros. A bunch of his other HS recruits never stuck around long enough to even evaluate. Either guys don't like playing for him or he just can't coach at this level.
He has also recruited a ton of duds and guys that either never made it to campus or left before making an imact.
He has way, way more misses in recruiting than he does hits.

From this years freshmen class, I struggle to see Darlinstone Dubar or Dudley Blackwell every contributing much if they stick around.
The biggest unkept secret is Foster has one foot out the door in Ames. I'm not sure how they could be worse next year, but I don't see them being much better.
