That’s the thing.. he’s a great Russian wrestler from Russia.. but he’s one dimensional and has no knock out power what so ever .. he relies on his grappling in which he should as I am all for and normally would pick a stellar wrestler over anyone but McGregor has so many weapons and fights awesome while on his back.. aka Chad Mendes he elbowed his Mellon and escaped a “Americana” hold then popped him a few times and he melted to the canvas .. GO MYSTIC MAC GO IRISH!

Mendes fought Connor on very short notice and gassed. He took Connor down about 4-5 times in that short fight and that took his energy since he didn't have the full camp. While Khabib isn't as good as Mendes on takedowns, he is much better at holding you down when he gets you there.
