Ott case moving on to NCAA

Morgan said Ott is on his final appeal. Which I already figured. Also said that NCAA hasn't ever contacted anyone at Iowa to discuss the case. Not surprising either.

Does anyone know if it is NCAA employees or a committee of people from member institutions that makes the decision. For some reason I have believed the latter. If that is the case, I would imagine as a practical matter that after December, March is probably the worst month to get anything out of them. Probably different committee members are on spring break different weeks, so they cannot get together. Not saying it is right, but that is ho
