That stat on offensive rebounding should be a positive for Iowa--Iowa won't be killed on 2nd chance baskets.

Iowa also lowa also low on turnovers vs PSU great at forcing turnovers.

He is the 37th ranked recruit in the country(Rivals) and you believe that MSU, Mich, auburn and Marquette would have no interest despite offering him?

I agree. They are faster and more athletic than Iowa IMO. At this point I have zero expectations of this team and just root for them to do something.

I disagree.

What I question is whether those offers were still on the table. Again, the kid was committed to South Florida. There's something fishy about his ranking/recruitment.

TBH I don't care if the kid is a McDonalds All-American and Fran has the best recruiting class he's ever had. Adding a couple of 6'7 freshmen (one who wasn't good enough to play on a bad Miami team), isn't going to make much of an impact next year. For example Tadjo was a decent recruit yet isn't even close to being a big ten player at this point.
