In the case of firing with pistol you might need both. There was a cop in ATX who brained a gunman with his pistol from over 100 yards a few years back. That took some luck, but without skill the odds of even coming close are nil.
Anyways, however the cop got it done works for me. Unfortunate he wasn’t there early enough to save the other victims.
Blame this directly, squarely where this belongs today and each week, as that is how often we see mass murders with assault rifles. Any legislator that refused to act the hundreds of times this has happened, so generally right wing Republicans, is to blame. Too many spineless, weak kneed NRA lapdogs . I think there are people who shouldn't have "an assault weapon", but there are plenty of us who respect guns, know what they are capable of, and value human life
