When the Fulton county prosecutor is meeting with the WH, does that fall out of scope?

We already know how the FBI falsified evidence to obtain a FISC warrant on Trump’s campaign the first time around.

Are we to believe they would only falsify evidence once to ‘save democracy’?

I think this board is overwhelmingly leftwing and that you already know what the results will be.
You're wrong on your first observation, but it suits you to claim that.

As for results, you might be right - because many cons here are afraid to vote in my political polls.

I've never understood why cons are afraid to vote. Sure, they could be called out for a vote, but they are still shielded behind their avatar, so what's the big deal?

Do you think elections should be anonymous, or should each persons vote be publicly displayed?
Why, or why not?

This sort of thing transcends categories of political affiliation. I don’t think you have to know the specifics of any such situation to know that a human being is going to attempt to use available means to achieve desired results. A political system is nothing more than a scheme or an algorithm; the checks and balances are incomplete, imperfect—we’re not talking about the laws of physics here.

When the DoJ and Attorney General go after members of the POTUS's party with equal fervor, then I'll think it's not being weaponized. Why should we need a special prosecutor for Hunter Biden? Why should we need a special prosecutor for Trump after he left office?

When the DoJ no longer cares about the appearance of conflict of interest, that's a major problem. When the DoJ constantly uses the excuse of "prosecutor discretion" to execute policy rather than enforce laws, that's a problem. When the DoJ consistently defends government instead of defending citizens' Constitutional rights, that's a problem.

I've never seen a need to change the secret ballot approach in public elections. If you have an argument against it, I'd be interested to hear it.

Votes in Congress, on the other hand, should always be recorded, in my opinion. Voters deserve to know how their reps are actually representing them.

Talk about damned if you do, damned if you don’t…

also in thast option, who will he weaponize it against? if D's that's my vote.
Well crap. I thought I has successfully edited that option to read "Biden and Biden/Dem supporters."

I assumed no one would be confused by WIKK, but if I had noticed that, I would have canceled the whole poll and started over.

I would do that now (not sure if I can) except that would be disrespectful to those who have made thoughtful comments.

Why? If someone commits a crime, prosecute them. It shouldn't matter if they are an ex-POTUS, POTUS, or family member of the POTUS.
If Merrick Garland led a prosecution of Trump or Hunter Biden the right would hit the roof.

So he appoints special counsel to try to minimize the appearance of a conflict…and the right thinks it’s a terrible thing.

They can’t win.

Of course. It's impossible to simply do the correct thing and enforce laws equally.

You're damned right. trump should be in jail without bond, f**king criminal. Other than that, it appears you've been reading your russian disinformation again.
