Doesn't appear available to Iowa.
You can thank me later.

VIIA Dreams, ordered online. If she isn't used to THC, take half of the 10mg gummy and wait an hour. They typically shut my brain off pretty well, which is something I desperately need at times (tack 2 Benadryl on top, and you'll be snoozing)

They’re legal in Michigan and I take a 10 mg indica gummy as needed. Listen to some old tunes and drift off to sleep pretty quickly.

I have used VIIA's stuff in the past and it does seem to work well. I think they just added a bunch of new options for strength as well based on emails I get from them. And they ship to Iowa too. I have a my card in Arkansas so I just go to the dispensary as it's cheaper.

Edit: just checked their site - they have a lot of options now with lower THC doses available too.

So my mom has had multiple vertebrae broken this year. My dad is grumpier than ever. They both need to chillax for different reasons. They were born in 1947 and 1948. Do I cut a gummy in half for each. I think so. Tread lightly. Thoughts?

My partner had similar sleep troubles—never been into smoking but was open to trying gummies. They’ve been a game-changer for her! While we’re not in Iowa, I’ve heard good things about the 6IX Dispensary (I think they’re in Toronto) and their selection of gummies. If you’re ever up that way, it might be worth checking out. Also, fun fact—weed delivery in toronto is a thing now! Super convenient if you're local. For you, though, it sounds like Illinois might be your closest option. Just make sure to start with a low dose, like 2.5 mg, and give it some time to kick in. It can be a trial-and-error process to find what works best.

Many people find them helpful, as they can induce a relaxed state that promotes rest. To make an informed decision, though, talk to a healthcare provider about potential side effects or interactions with other meds you might be taking. Everything should be done in moderation, especially when trying out something new. Always start small and see how your body reacts.

This thread has been dead since xmas. What made you feel like you are adding anything to it that people don't already know? Honest question.
