Looks like the Hawks are still in on Happel (we knew) Rathbun, Wagner, and Clinenpeel.

Think we might see some of the wrestlers at the night of conflict announce there commitment?Yes, and Clingenpeel recently did a visit to UNI and has his Iowa visit scheduled. Hopefully he is an early signee.
Joey Prata #15 at 113 just committed to VT. With Yates to UNI and Prata to VT both projected at 125 may mean that Rathbun is between Iowa and Mizz now.Looks like the Hawks are still in on Happel (we knew) Rathbun, Wagner, and Clinenpeel.

Isn't Clingenpeel scheduled to wrestle Marinelli at the conflict? Might see the opportunity to have a great workout partner after that match and sign. Iron sharpens iron and all that. If we can land Happel, Rathburn and Wagner it would end up being a pretty decent class with Young and Marinelli.
If he is handled easily by Young or he handles Young easily he will probably not be a Hawk.Oh right. Same optimism however. He gets to wrestle Young and watch Marinelli. Two awesome workout partners.
Rarely do I claim to "know" anything....but I know this... The statement is wrong. The decision will be based other reasons. Clingenpeel would not be discouraged if Young handles him easily. He has the attitude that he will work harder, walk in the room, and in the words of The Rock "kick that bi#@h in and introduce yourself." (we can debate talent and future starter in a later post)....I'm purely talking about attitude...If he is handled easily by Young or he handles Young easily he will probably not be a Hawk.

That is where I can confidently disagree.I think you are missing Slim's point. He appears to be saying the kid isn't going to attend Iowa no matter the outcome of the match in question.

No, not confident,...I know better than to ever say something is a sure thing. So, you are saying that you are confident Clingenpeel will be a Hawk?
