...and some parts of Minneapolis are terrible.
...and some parts of Miami are terrible.
...and some parts of St. Louis are terrible.
...and some parts of San Antonio are terrible.
...and some parts of Salt Lake City are terrible.
...and some parts of Omaha are terrible.
Lather, rinse, repeat for basically every city of any substantial size in America.
There have always been, and despite any efforts to the contrary, always will be poor people, homeless people, and people who treat their neighborhoods like one giant toilet.
You can split hairs arguing the semantics of degrees of terribleness in an effort to paint it as a red v. blue issue....but it's really just an urban America issue.
