Projected starting 5

Your starting five is th same I projected in a separate thread in the Lounge, although my next in were Nunge, Toussaint, and PMac. My projected last guy in the rotation was Ogundele, which is mostly just a hope taht he'll be sufficient to let Garza take a blow when needed.

With all the guards we already have, barring injury I think it's going to be really difficult for Ulis or any of the other guards to get into the rotation, although he could still get minutes in garbage time.
I think Perkins will get more time then people think because he’s such a good defender.

I feel like even with all our talent on offense, when you put Joe T in there we are barely above avg big ten offensive team. He’s a 29% shooter even though the other team doesn’t guard him. Him being on the court killed Wieskamp last year. We need JBo to play 30-35 minutes. Joe T plays solid D and is capable of making his free throws but is a year away from being needed for more than a quick spell for Jordan.

Joe T is a phenomenal FT shooter. He also is a great facilitator and defender. He’s a guy you want starting.

Disagree only to the extent Jordan's experience, leadership, floor vision and, of course shooting, probably give him the starting spot. However, no one should be disappointed if Joey T starts. We haven't had that speed, athleticism and penetration for year. Expect each guard will play around 25-28 minutes per game.

Joey T is a good free throw shooter late in games and supposedly has returned to campus as a much better over all shooter. The guard dilemma is a great problem to have.

Cmac is a guard. Pmac is a forward.

It all depends on the matchups. They could both play center in a small ball lineup. Fran's already suggested he could play Connor at the 5, and he was guarding 4's for a bulk of last season as well. It's not that crazy.

There's no way PMac starts given who we have returning. I'm hopeful he plays a huge role this year but he won't be starting unless we have guys out from sickness or injury.

Oh really ???
Patrick was first off the bench, vs NC Central, sparked the team and
I just don't know how you keep his talent out of the starting lineup.
Patrick is the 2nd best NBA prospect on the team and this is what his
3rd or 4th game, as a College player.
